Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our hand-painted shoes, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each pair is unique and made to order, and we cannot resell shoes that have been customized to a customer's specifications.
If you accidentally select the wrong size, please contact us at bowcustomshoes@gmail.com within 6 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but we cannot guarantee changes if the painting process has already begun.
Damages and Issues
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues as quickly as possible.
To be eligible for a return on a defective item:

The shoes must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

All returns must be authorized by us before being shipped back.
Please note: We are not responsible for shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges unless the item is confirmed to be defective.
